Liability

I am self-employed and regulated by the Health and Care Professions council (registration number PYL27846). I rent a room at The Surrey Centre for Natural Therapy in Chessington. Dr Kaur Therapy or the Surrey Centre for Natural Therapy will not accept liability for any loss of personal belongings. Any complaint should be raised with me directly in the first instance.

Changes to these terms

I may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. Please check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes I made, as they are binding on you.

I may update this site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. I do not guarantee that this site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

Accessing this site

Access to this site is made available free of charge, although online consultations which are provided for by way of a third party software, such as Skype or Zoom, will be charged for.

I do not guarantee that this site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis. I may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of this site without notice. I will not be liable to you if for any reason this site is unavailable at any time or for any period except in relation to pre-arranged online psychotherapy services. Under these circumstances I will use our reasonable endeavours to arrange an alternative consultation. In the event that a mutually agreeable consultation cannot be arranged my liability will be limited to the sums, if any, paid in advance in respect of the online consultation services.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to this site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access this site through your internet connection are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions, and that they comply with them.

The free content, in particular the information pages, on this site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely or a tool for diagnosis.
