£125 - Therapy sessions with Dr Kaur
(Insurance accepted)
- All sessions including assessment, therapy and online sessions.
- Each session lasts 50 minutes leaving 10 minutes for administration.
- Reports are written at an hourly rate.
£375 x 3/4 sessions - Intensive EMDR sessions with Dr Kaur
- EMDR focussed intensive sessions with assessment booked prior to the sessions and optional review session
- Work on one issue in one week over 3 morning sessions lasting 2.5 hours each
- Workbook to help you throughout the process.
£197 x 6 monthly payments - Clarity

Inner Imposter
- Online guided programme with bitesize modules to work through in your own time and the comfort of your own home.
- Weekly group coaching call, online community and 1:1 sessions with Dr Kaur.
- Based on Psychological techniques and strategies.
